Upfront Payment

MNP Registration - We will bank in to agent within 2 weeks after activation



The FREE Unlimited Data:
In our P148 Plan which the speed is on HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps and the fair-usage-policy
is up to 5GB before we throttled down the speed to 512 kbps.

How long does it take for activation?

New Registration - 1 working day

MNP Registration - 2 to 4 working days
 
Customer will receive SMS notification regarding the status of porting

Upon successful porting, an SMS confirmation to change SIM card will be sent to customer
 
What are the criteria of successful porting?
- Customer's Name and NRIC number must tally with the one in the current service provider’s records
- No overdue amount with current service provider
- No outstanding contract obligations with current service provider
- Supplementary number(s) need to be ported together with principal number
- Credit Limit is not exceeded
- Account is active
 
Procedure as simple as 1-2-3
 
1. Ask customer if their current number is Main-Line (Principal Number) / Sub-Line (Supplementary Number)
    coz Supplementary Number(s) and Principal Number need to be ported together
 
2. Scan-email I/C, Form and Document* to us
 
3. Pass SIM card to customer
 
* Document
- (either one) Copy of Business Card / Letter of Employment / Staff ID Tag / Salary Slip  
- Copy of latest month bill from DNO (Donor Network Operator, i.e. Maxis / Digi / U Mobile)
- Copy of Prepaid SIM card (for Prepaid MNP to Postpaid)
