Procedure as simple as 1-2-3
1. Ask customer if their current number is Main-Line (Principal Number) / Sub-Line (Supplementary Number)
    coz Supplementary Number(s) and Principal Number need to be ported together 
2. Scan-email I/C, Form and Document* to us
3. Pass SIM card to customer
* Document
- (either one) Copy of Business Card / Letter of Employment / Staff ID Tag / Salary Slip  
- Copy of latest month bill from DNO (Donor Network Operator, i.e. Maxis / Digi / U Mobile)
- Copy of Prepaid SIM card (for Prepaid MNP to Postpaid)
